Outsource awkward.
Get paid.

The project ended. The unpaid admin didn’t.

Settle follows up late payments by text and handles the payment conversation, so you don’t have to keep asking your client.

Free during the beta until 23 November.

Settle, for Lane Strategy
Hi Priya, I'm Settle, the AI assistant looking after accounts for Lane Strategy. Invoice 207 for $4,400.00 was due on 6 October. Here is the link to pay, or tell me what would work.
Priya
Apologies, this slipped. I can do half now and the balance at the end of the month.
Settle
No problem. So that's $2,200.00 today and $2,200.00 on Friday 31 October. I'll send the link for today's payment now.

Another follow-up isn’t billable.

You delivered the work. Sent the invoice. Followed up politely.

Now you’re checking dates, chasing replies and wondering how firmly to ask a client you want to work with again. It’s your money. Getting it paid shouldn’t become another project.

Keep your attention on the work.

Settle takes on the payment conversation. It follows up by text, handles replies and negotiates a practical way forward within the boundaries you set.

You can see what’s happening without composing every response.

What you set, what you see
Your limits
The smallest instalment and the longest plan Settle may offer. It never goes outside them.
First message
Waits for your approval before it is sent. Edit it or switch the invoice back off.
Every reply
Visible to you as it happens, with what has been agreed.
Always
If a client raises hardship or disputes the invoice, Settle stops and hands it to you.

Start with the invoice taking up too much headspace.

1

Create your account.

2

Verify your business.

Through our payments partner, Pinch.

3

Connect Xero or add an invoice.

Once approved, review the first message before Settle starts the conversation.

Before you start

Is Settle just automated reminders?

No. Settle follows up by text, handles customer replies and negotiates a way forward within the limits you set.

Can I review the first message?

Yes. You review and approve the first message before anything is sent.

Do I need Xero?

No. Connect Xero or add invoices manually.

Why do I need to verify my business?

Settle uses Pinch to support payments. Pinch needs to verify your business before Settle can start contacting your customers.

What documents do I need?

Business details and photo ID for the owner. You will see exactly what is needed in the verification step.

What does the beta cost?

Free during the beta until 23 November 2026. After that, from $19 a month plus a success fee on what Settle recovers. We will confirm your rate with you before anything is charged.

How does Settle appear to my customer?

As the AI assistant looking after accounts for your business, by text, in its own name. It says so in its first message. After that first message you can see every reply, pause the conversation or switch the invoice off at any time.

Do the work you’re paid for. Leave the chasing to Settle.

We’re welcoming consultants into the beta. Try it with a real invoice and tell us how it handles the conversation.
